SCBWI (Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators) "Draw this Challenge" Illustrate the word WILD
I have had the opportunity to put my artwork on a variety of unusual surfaces such as: vintage Ice skates, terra cotta pots, leather flight jackets, a body cast of a pregnant belly, a surfboard, antique tools, interior and exterior murals, mailboxes, an old farm milk can, wooden furniture and ---if they sit still long enough---even people!
" We love the mural that you did of river rocks with butterflies and lizards for the cafe area at Happy Trails Catering. "
Go back in time, and imagine the days when cigarette packs were sold in fancy vending machines. Those glorious machines were lost, after smoking fell out of fashion, until being rescued by a gentleman named Clark Whittington. He created "Artists in Cellophane", transforming these vending machines into Artomats which dispensed ART boxes... Often giving a person their first, fun experience of collecting a piece of Artwork!
